Truckee Rotary Raffle

 

 

 

Distribution Dates
The Rotary Club of Truckee's Raffle promotion begins January 1, 2019 and ends March 23, 2019 when the winning ticket is drawn at the Crab and Pasta Feed.

The Drawing
The winners of the three Cash Prizes will be randomly selected from all raffle entries at the 2019 Crab and Pasta Feed. The drawing will be conducted randomly and in front of all persons present. The winners drawn on that day will be final and binding. All entries drawn are subject to verification. Entries that are not complete or non-compliant with these rules will be void. Prize winner need not be present to win; if winner is not present, he/she will be contacted by the Rotary Club of Truckee. The Rotary Club of Truckee shall have no obligation to award an unclaimed prize.

Limitations and Liabilities
No responsibility or liability is assumed by the Rotary Club of Truckee for any technical problems or technical malfunctions arising in connection with any of the following that may affect the promotional materials for or operation of ticket sales, or unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the raffle. Prize winners acknowledge and assume all risk of loss or damage to prize after notification/acceptance. All participants and/or winners, on behalf of themselves, their executors, heirs and assigns, by acceptance of any offer/prize received under this raffle, agree to release the Rotary Club of Truckee from any claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses of any kind to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with the conduct, promotions or outcome of the raffle, receipt, ownership or use of any such prize while preparing for, participating in or traveling to and/or from any prize-related activity in connection with the raffle or otherwise. Under no circumstance shall the Rotary Club of Truckee be liable for actual, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages.
